Performance Parameters Optimization of a Three-Row Pneumatic Precision Metering Device for Brassica chinensis

To improve the problem of low seeding efficiency facing single-row planting mode traditionally used in China, this study aimed to design a novel three-row pneumatic precision metering device. The working principle and main structure were introduced paper. three factors affecting performance comprised vacuum pressure, angular velocity tray, taper angle sucking hole. A Box-Behnken experiment having qualified index missed as experimental was used, results indicated that optimal device achieved when pressure 2.16 kPa, tray 29.43 rpm, hole 61.51°. inner, middle, outer ring 95.12%, 94.68% 94.24% respectively, while 3.67%, 3.12% 2.58% respectively under combination parameters. bench test basically consistent with optimized results. This paper can provide support for Brassica chinensis.
